ALGERIAN PRESIDENT RECEIVES CREDENTIAL OF NEW FOREIGN AMBASSADORS

ALGIERS, --Algeria's President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has received the letters of credence of the new ambassadors to Algeria from Burkina Faso, Ethiopia and Indonesia.

The Head of State granted an audience here Tuesday to Dominique Djindjere, who presented to him his credentials as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Burkina Faso to Algeria.

President Bouteflika also received Solomon Abebe Tessema, who handed to him his credentials as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Ethiopia and Safira Machrusah, who presented to the Head of State her credentials as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to Algeria.

Also present was Minister of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation Ramtane Lamamra.
