Hariri receives Algerian Ambassador

Prime Minister Saad Hariri received today at the "Center House" the Algerian Ambassador to Lebanon Ahmed Bouziane and discussed with him the latest developments and the bilateral relations.

Premier Hariri also met with the Minister of Culture Roni Araiji, former Minister Youssef Saade and Youssef Finianos in the presence of Ghattas Khoury. Discussions focused on the ongoing efforts to form the government.

Hariri received the President of the Social-Economic Council Roger Nasnas who presented to him a study about the economic situation in the country prepared by the council and a number of economic experts.

He also met with a delegation from the executive committee of the Arab Cultural Club headed by Fadi Yatim who invited him to the opening of the sixtieth book fair on December 1rst in BIEL.

Separately, Hariri received a letter from the Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani congratulating him on the occasion of Independence Day.

He also received a letter from the Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal, and another letter from the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini, congratulating him on his assignment to form the government.
