Energy Minister Leads Qatar Delegation to LNG Conference in Japan

Doha, September 18 (QNA) – HE the Minister for Energy and Industry Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al Sada left Doha Tuesday for Tokyo to lead a delegation from Qatar at the LNG Producer-Consumer Conference which opened Tuesday in Tokyo. HE Dr. Al Sada will deliver a keynote speech at the opening ceremony Wednesday and he will also meet with high officials attending the conference.
The four-day conference concludes September 21, Qatar Petroleum’s Public Relations and Communication Department said today.
Key officials from LNG producing countries and companies, as well as major consumers, are attending the conference, hosted jointly by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Institute of Energy Economics, Japan, to discuss the outlook for supply of LNG. (QNA)
