Ezdan Holding Group discloses the interim financial statement for the 12-month period ending Dec. 31, 2022. The financial statements revealed a Net Profit of QR 86,732,000 in comparison to Net Profit QR 61,108,000 for the same period of the previous year.

This represents an increase of 42% year-over-year. Earnings per share (EPS) amounted to QR 0.003 in 2022, compared with EPS of QR 0.002 for the same period in 2021.

The Board of Directors has proposed no dividends for the financial year. The proposed will be submitted for approval at the Annual General Assembly meeting.
