NAMIBIAN PRESIDENT DIES JUST WEEKS AFTER CANCER DIAGNOSIS

President Hage Geingob has passed away aged 82 in a hospital in the capital Windhoek. His death was announced online by the presidential office, only a matter of weeks after it confirmed he would travel to the US for cancer treatment.

Here’s RT’s interview with the late anti-apartheid leader on the sidelines of the BRICS summit in South Africa. He said BRICS is a platform that gives everyone an equal voice that isn’t anti-Africa.
