Qatar Obtains Cybersecurity Certification from CCRA

The State of Qatar obtained a certification from Common Criteria Recognition Arrangement (CCRA), during the CCRA’s first conference for 2023 in Malaysia.

Qatar is the first country in the Middle East and North Africa to issue these internationally be recognized from the specialized committee by the members of the Global Common Standards Agreement.

This achievement comes following the audit of the Qatar common criteria program of the National Cybersecurity Agency by the certification body of India and Malaysia, where it was approved by the team of auditors that the Qatar Common Criteria Program meets all the conditions stipulated in the agreement, and the report was submitted to the chairman of the accreditation committee of the CCRA.

Qatar joined the CCRA in 2015 as a Consuming Member for certificates issued by the Authorizing Members
