Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index dropped 130.42 points, or 1.32 percent to close trading at 9,778.27 points on Monday.

The volume of shares traded increased to 123,413,215 from 111,428,629 on Sunday and the value of shares increased to QR377,087,244.361 from QR269,308,202.060 on Sunday.

The indices of seven sectors ended in red zone today. QSE Total Return Index dropped 1.32 percent to 20,953.56, QSE Al Rayan Islamic index down 0.88 percent to 4,359.29 points and QSE All Share Index decreased 1.32 percent to 3,265.09 points.
