Russia Warns Ukraine Against Further Delay to Sit at Negotiating Table

General

Russia warned Ukraine, on Tuesday, against any delay in engaging in peace negotiations between the two countries, affirming that conditions will be the worst for Ukrainians as long as negotiations are postponed.

Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Sergei Shoigu, highlighted that peace talks will not be held unless Ukraine cedes fifth of its territory, and abandons any possibility of joining the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the conditions that Ukraine entirely rejects.

Since President Putin had laid out peace conditions on Jun.14, Ukraine lost 420 square kilometers of its territories, and incurred further human losses, Shoigu confirmed, adding that Ukraine’s chances are eventually dwindling, specially that it did not respond to Moscow’s conditions and would lose more territories the longer Ukraine delays.

The delusions of the Kyiv regime that Europeans will arrange another beautiful peace summit, during which they will resolve their internal issues, will make the Ukrainian people pay a
high price, Shoigu stressed.
