The Atlas Lions were beaten by Bafana Bafana (2-1) on Saturday at the FNB stadium in Johannesburg, as part of the qualifiers for the Africa Cup of Nations AFCON-Côte d’Ivoire 2023.
Both the Moroccan and South African teams have already secured their qualification for the continental tournament, to be held from January 13 to February 11, 2024 in Côte d’Ivoire.
