HH Amir of he State of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Thursday received two written messages from President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, pertaining to bilateral relations and means to boost them in addition to issues of common concern.
The messages were handed to Kuwait’s Deputy Foreign Minister Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah during a meeting with the Azeri Ambassador to Kuwait Emil Karimov.
