Bahrain regrets outcome of bilateral relations between Morocco and Algeria

The Kingdom of Bahrain expressed regret for the outcome of the bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, which led to the severing of diplomatic ties between the two countries.

The Foreign Ministry affirmed Bahrain’s keenness on promoting Arab relations, and the need to settle contentious issues between the two countries through dialogue, according to what was stated in the speech of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco, to open a new chapter in the Moroccan-Algerian relations, in a manner that promotes the strength of relations between brothers, achieves the interests of the two countries and peoples, and preserves the security and stability of the region.
