Bank of Jordan concludes the “Mihnati” vocational training program for the current year

The Bank of Jordan in Palestine concluded the “Mihnati” vocational training program in a distinguished graduation ceremony held in the “Techno Park” building – Birzeit, to graduate students who successfully completed their training for the year 2023. This was in the presence of the Regional Director for the Palestine Region, Mr. Saif Issa, and a number of directors of the Bank’s regional administration in Ramallah. The “Mihnati” training program from the Bank of Jordan is considered a pioneering program in empowering university students in Palestine, as it allows students to engage in a realistic work environment and participate in real work experiences that will enrich their knowledge and skills and make them ready to take their first professional steps after graduation.

Mr. Issa stressed that this program is part of the Bank of Jordan’s commitment to preparing a generation that will contribute to the advancement of the banking sector in Palestine. It is a real opportunity for these students to understand practical life, job requirements, and the skills necessary to engage in the labor market. He explained that the students participating in the program are university students from the second to fourth year of study, who are studying specializations related to banking in its various departments and departments.

For their part, the graduating students gave exceptional presentations in which each of them explained the skills and experiences they gained from this program, and they offered their deep thanks to the Bank of Jordan for this opportunity, which added a qualitative addition to their educational path, enriched their experiences, and allowed them the opportunity to better determine their future career and practical path.

It is noteworthy that the Mihanati program includes practical, full-time training in the bank’s various departments and divisions for a period of six weeks of intensive training for each student in his specialty.
