A girl and a woman were injured in a stabbing incident in Leicester Square in central London.
British police said the perpetrator was a “man” and was arrested after he injured an 11-year-old girl and a 34-year-old woman.
Police said the two injured women were taken to hospital for treatment.
Investigations began following the incident.
