Ramallah- Ma’an- The Civil Defense warned citizens of a heat wave, according to meteorological forecasts that the region will be exposed to a heat wave that will witness a rise in temperatures in the coming days.
The Civil Defense called on citizens to follow the instructions to avoid the danger of the heat wave:
– Do not light fires in open areas for any reason.
– Do not leave children inside vehicles and remove pressurized containers such as deodorant and lighters from vehicles to avoid their explosion due to high temperatures.
– Brothers, workers and farmers are advised to limit exposure to direct sunlight during peak periods.
– Use safe preventive methods to get rid of dry weeds using safe agricultural pesticides and plowing and cleaning the land.
The Civil Defense called for the need to report accidents early to the emergency numbers. Civil Defense 102.
