Wind inshore will be variable less than 05 KT at first becomes Northwesterly – Northeasterly 05 – 15 KT Gusting to 18 KT daytime.
Offshore, it will be mainly Southeasterly – Northeasterly 03 – 10 KT.
Visibility will be 04 to 08 kilometers, decreasing to 03 kilometers or less at places at first.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet. Offshore will be 1 to 3 feet.
