Wind inshore will be variable at first becomes mainly Northeasterly to Southeasterly at a speed of 08 to 18 KT reaches to 30 KT with thundery rain.

Offshore, it will be mainly Northeasterly to Northwesterly 10 to 20 KT gusting to 35 KT during thundery rain.

Visibility will be 04 to 08 km, decreasing to 2 km or less during thundery rain.

Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet, rises to 5 feet at times. Offshore it will be 3 to 6 feet, rises to 12 feet during thundery rain.
