Caretaker Minister of Information, Ziad Makary, on Monday left Beirut bound for Bahrain, to participate in the meeting of the Council of Arab Information Ministers.
Minister Makary is accompanied by his Legal Affairs Advisor, Lawyer Boutros Frangieh.
