Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, today received the President of “This Is Bahrain” Society, Betsy Mathieson.

During the meeting, they reviewed the joint national efforts in highlighting the pioneering achievements of the Kingdom of Bahrain as a model for tolerance, peaceful coexistence and dialogue among religions, cultures and civilisations.

They also discussed ways to develop aspects of fruitful cooperation and joint coordination in spreading a culture of peace and mutual respect and rejecting calls for division, fanaticism, religious hatred and racism in various regional and international forums, for the good and happiness of humanity.
