Moroccan international Zakaria Aboukhlal will be sidelined for several months after an injury he sustained during Toulouse FC’s 1-1 draw away to Union Saint-Gilloise in the first round of UEFA Europa League.

“Our forward Zakaria Aboukhlal will be sidelined for several months,” the French Ligue 1 team said in a social media post.

“New tests will be carried out which will reveal more about the nature of the injury and the exact length of his absence,” the same source added.

Following this injury, Zakaria Aboukhlal will not make the trip to Lens, for the 6th day of Ligue 1, on Sunday.
