Doha: HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of condolences to HE President of the Democratic Republic of Congo Felix Tshisekedi, on the victims of the boat accident in the Lukenie River in Mai-Ndombe province, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
