The Sovereign expresses his deep appreciation for the distinguished relations between the Kingdoms of Morocco and Spain, which will continue their steady march towards greater prosperity “thanks to Our common will, to the constant concern of Our two countries to give them the place they deserve, and to the aspirations of Our two friendly peoples for more constructive cooperation and active solidarity.”
