Hundreds of Colonists Storm Al-Aqsa Mosque

A large number of colonists stormed the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque on Monday under the protection of the Israeli occupation police.

The Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem said that more than 200 colonists stormed Al-Aqsa from Mughrabi Gate, carried out provocative tours and performed Talmudic rituals in its courtyards.

The Israeli occupation police tightened their military measures at the gates of the Old City and Al-Aqsa Mosque, imposing restrictions on the entry of Palestinian worshipers.

The organizations of the alleged Temple had called for extensive incursions into the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque to offer “sacrifices” during the Jewish Passover.

The occupation authorities exploit Jewish occasions to tighten restrictions on citizens and impose collective punishments on them by closing checkpoints, tightening military measures, obstructing the movement of Palestinian citizens, and preventing them from accessing holy sites, while facilitating the incursions of settlers into Palestinian
cities.

About 1,210 colonists stormed Al-Aqsa yesterday, and 1,600 colonists on Thursday, the largest number of since Oct. 7, 2023.
