The company said in a statement: ‘Once again, the company has succeeded in restoring electricity to all areas affected by the scheduled cuts in Jericho and the Jordan Valley Governorate, in response to the requests and messages of our subscribers and followers in the governorate, and out of concern for you in light of the hot weather, especially in Jericho and the Jordan Valley, and its exceptional climate in the summer. Our teams took action.’ Technical and engineering since the early hours of dawn to enhance the infrastructure of the electrical network.’
The company added that, thanks to the efforts of its crews working in the field, power was restored at 11:15 a.m. today to all areas affected by the outage in record time, as the number of technical workers was doubled, despite the difficult weather
conditions and high temperatures, as the technical teams succeeded in Power supply will be restored to all subscribers 5 hours before the specified and previously announced time.
The company renewed its commitment to building a strong electrical network and providing the best services to its subscribers in all concession areas, stressing that it follows up on all comments, questions and criticisms submitted by the company’s subscribers and cares about them.
