Israelis issued arrest warrants against only two of the occupation leaders.
The Ministry of Justice confirmed in a statement on Monday that the evidence of the participation of the occupation officers and soldiers in war crimes, genocide crimes, and the commission of all crimes that deprive the residents of the Gaza Strip of their legally guaranteed rights, such as the right to life, the right to housing, the right to education, depriving the Palestinian of drinking water, and the causes and foundations of life, is evidence. She explained that this decision is unfair to the Palestinian resistance and its leaders, as it was equally lenient with regard to the Israeli occupation, which has committed reprehensible crimes over 76 years, and has continued during the last seven months in light of the absolute absence of international justice and accountability. It would have been preferable to impose punishment on the occupation for all its previous crimes. And the rights of the Palestinian people were taken away legally, and then the world would not have seen the 7th of October.
