Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati, accompanied by Caretaker National Education Minister Abbas Al-Halabi, are currently touring the Saint Jude Children’s Cancer Center at the American University of Beirut, where the official exams for the Secondary School Certificate are taking place.
