Gaza – Together – Oxfam said that there is no alternative plan for more than a million people in Rafah in the Gaza Strip.
She added that Israel launching a ground attack would lead to a catastrophic crisis.
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced on Tuesday that Israel had not informed the United States of a date for a possible military operation in Rafah in the far south of the Gaza Strip.
