Next Tuesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin will participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit, and will meet with members of the Russian Security Council, via videoconference, according to the Russian “Novosti” news agency.
Earlier, the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the 23rd Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will be held virtually on July 4.
