The Russian Defense Ministry announced Sunday that air defense systems destroyed 29 Ukrainian drones over several Russian regions on Saturday night.
On Saturday night, an attempt to carry out a Ukrainian drone attack on targets inside Russian territory was thwarted, the ministry said.
Since the outbreak of the war between Russia and Ukraine in February 2022, both sides have claimed responsibility for inflicting losses on the other in terms of equipment and supplies, while it is difficult to verify the accuracy of the information in light of the ongoing war, which international mediation efforts have failed to stop.
