Russian Defense: 675 Ukrainian Soldiers Killed and Wounded, 31 Drones Downed

Moscow, The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that 675 Ukrainian soldiers were killed and wounded, and 31 drones were shot down.

In a statement about the progress of the military operation in Ukraine, the Ministry said that all attacks launched by Ukrainian forces on the fighting axes were confronted during the past 24 hours.

A total of 675 Ukrainian soldiers were killed and wounded, and 31 drones were shot down. In addition, two tanks, 16 combat vehicles, and 8 artillery were destroyed, the Ministry added.

Russia launched a military operation in Ukraine on Feb. 24, 2022. The operation is still ongoing with no signs of an end amidst significant divergence of positions of the conflicting parties and the involvement of other international actors in the crisis.
