Ten people died in a fire in a nursing home in Treinta y Tres, eastern Uruguay.
Eight women and two men died from the blaze at the six-roomed facility in Treinta y Tres’ city center, according to an official statement.
Uruguay’s relevant authorities opened an investigation into the causes and circumstances of this incident.
