Bethlehem Together – After an operation that lasted 13 hours, the occupation army announced the end of its storming of Jenin Governorate, during which three citizens were martyred, and the bodies of two of them were kidnapped, in addition to the destruction and devastation that the occupation bulldozers inflicted on the city.

For its part, the Red Crescent reported that its crews recovered the body of a martyr from the town of Qabatiya and took him to the hospital, thus raising the number of martyrs in Qabatiya to three martyrs, two of whom were kidnapped by the occupation army.

The director of Al-Razi Hospital in Jenin, Fawaz Hammad, said that the martyr was the young man, Qais Muhammad Zakarneh (18 years old), who arrived with a bullet wound to the head.

The occupation forces had stormed the town of Qabatiya earlier today, surrounded a house in the ‘Kahlisha’ area, and bombed it with shells, before a military bulldozer began demolishing it, amid clashes erupting in the place, during which the occupation
forces fired heavy live ammunition.

The occupation forces tortured the body of one of the martyrs and removed him from the besieged house using a bulldozer, according to a video clip.

The Israeli army spokesman added that a soldier was injured during the operation in which the Duvdovan unit and special forces participated.

During the operation, the occupation forces arrested a number of citizens and exchanged fire with gunmen. The occupation army claimed that it found explosive devices planted on the roads.

He said that the soldiers of the Duvdevan unit carried out a “pressure cooker” operation on a building in Qabatiya in which two of the most wanted persons were holed up. They were eliminated and weapons were confiscated from their possession. A soldier was slightly injured during an exchange of gunfire at the house.
