The Turkish ministry of defense announced Tuesday the elimination of 13 militants from the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in northern Iraq.
In a statement today, the ministry said that the militants were eliminated in airstrikes on the Gara and Haftanin regions of northern Iraq, without providing further details.
