Gaza – Ma’an – The Deir al-Balah Municipality said that about 250,000 people were forcibly displaced within 72 hours, while 25 shelters were put out of service.

According to UN statistics, the occupation forces issued 16 eviction orders between July 1 and August 21, and forcibly displaced about 250,000 Palestinians during the current month, noting that 9 out of every 10 people in the Gaza Strip were displaced due to the occupation attacks, in addition to the fact that most Palestinians in Gaza are forced to move at least once a month.

This comes two days after the occupation forces reduced the area of ??the alleged “humanitarian zone” east of Deir al-Balah, which is crowded with hundreds of thousands of displaced people and which it claims is “safe”, after orders to evacuate new areas from it, as it ordered citizens and displaced people in a number of towns in the area to evacuate them in preparation for attacking them.
