Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong said on Friday that an Australian government review into the killing of aid workers from the World Central Kitchen organization concluded that the strikes by Israeli forces on their vehicles were the result of serious procedural failures.
The minister added that her country will continue to press for full accountability, including any criminal charges.
